What is the warranty?

Do they have noise cancelling?

Our Sleepbuds® feature passive noise cancellation to block out snoring and other disruptions. In addition, we offer “noise masking” audio content (think, white noise, ocean waves, babbling brook, etc) to cover up and replace any sounds that bleed through the passive seal of the comfortable silicone tips. This “block and replace” noise-masking technology is different from active noise cancellation, and our testing indicates that it’s more effective for the sleep use case in a bedroom environment.

Can I stream anything?

Yes. Ozlo Sleepbuds® can stream anything (Netflix, Spotify, Audible, Youtube, etc) that a normal bluetooth headphone can.

Do they have an alarm?

Yes, Sleepbuds® have a built-in private alarm which can be set up through the Ozlo app. The alarm doesn’t require the phone to be connected, and still works even in bluetooth disabled mode.

Is there a phone-free mode?

While a phone and an active bluetooth connection are necessary to initially set up and to stream audio, your Sleepbuds® can be configured to automatically play your built-in Sleep Sound as soon as you take them out of the case. No phone or bluetooth connection required.

What is the wireless range?

Ozlo Sleepbuds® have a range of up to 10ft (3 meters) from the Smart Case. The Smart Case has a range of up to 10ft (3 meters) from the source device (like a phone). This range may be reduced by physical obstructions, such as walls and doors, or by interference from other electronic devices. 

Does the Ozlo app work on Android and Apple Devices?

Yes, the app will be available for Android phones running Android 12 or later and Apple iPhones & iPads running iOS 17 or later.

No.

Can they take phone calls?

While there is a microphone in the charging case (to assess the noise level in your sleeping environment), there is no microphone in Sleepbuds® to support phone calls.

    Great, take a while to get used to!

    I bought these buds as I was spending weeks away from home and being woken by noisy people in corridors etc! Once getting the right size and working out I didn’t like the white noise after a podcast ends they are great.

    Worth sticking with.

    Life will never be the same again

    Ok, so I read all the reviews….got the sleepbuds….and now here I am….life will never be the same again, in the best way!!! My partner and I had slept apart for the last few months. I would try with normal ear plugs, and a pillow on my head sleeping top to tail, exhausted. Now we can sleep together every night and I don’t hear a thing!!!! We are so happy together again! Sleepbuds have given us something so valuable. Priceless!! Not only that, I have used them on long haul flights too, and I slept 7 hours on my last flight, with no disturbances at all! The sound quality and comfort are amazing. Don’’t waste any more time. Order them!! Thank you Sleepbud family for your amazing product!!! ❤️

    Amazing customer service

    I’ve had Ozlo’s since July because I have had trouble sleeping in hotels, and I was going to be in hotels all summer. They worked great to get some undisturbed sleep. When they started to stop working for listening to YouTube before I slept, I emailed them and they asked me to send them back which I did. They immediately sent me a replacement, after receiving my return, unfortunately they had an old address from when I first ordered so I asked if they could change the delivery. They did and stayed in contact to ensure I received them and was satisfied. Fantastic product and customer service!

    Sleeping soundly again!

    I had the Bose sleep buds for many years, but unfortunately, as most battery operated headphones do the battery wears out and doesn’t last as long I was really worried when I found out that Bose no longer produced them as I had become reliant on my sleep buds. To find out that there sleep buds out there made by X Bose employees I was really excited to try them out. I can safely say that I was not disappointed the fit and comfort are almost the same and I’m very very happy with the product and sleeping very soundly many thanks.
