Because it can take some time for your ears to adjust to sleeping with something in them, we require a minimum of 21 nights using the Sleepbuds before starting a return. For tips on how to make your sleep experience better, please contact us.

To be eligible for a return, the Sleepbuds® must be clean and undamaged. Photos of the Sleepbuds® will be requested.

We will refund the full product price of the Sleepbuds® less the value of any discount, and shipping charges once the Sleepbuds® has been shipped back to us.
