Ozlo Return Policy

Subject to the terms of this Return Policy, if you are not satisfied with your purchase of the Ozlo Sleepbuds® from Drowsy Digital, Inc. (d/b/a Ozlo Sleep) (“Ozlo,” “we,” or “us”), you may request a return and refund within thirty (30) days after the date your item was delivered.
What products are eligible for returns?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be clean, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Photos of the Sleepbuds will be required. Returned items that are damaged or altered in any way (other than by way of defect or damage during transit) are not eligible for return and may be sent back to the customer. We cannot accept returns for orders damaged or missing in transit via a mail forwarder. Ozlo Sleepbuds that were not ordered directly from us are not eligible for return. Items sold on Kickstarter or Indiegogo are not eligible for return.
How to Return Your Purchase.
You may initiate a request for a return by emailing support@ozlosleep.com, within 30 days of the date your item was delivered, from the email address you used to purchase your order with your name, order number, and the reason for your return (including whether the item is damaged/defective or you did not receive the item). We will then provide you with further instructions as to how to ship back your purchased item(s), including a prepaid, printable label which allows you to return your original item.
If the return is accepted by Ozlo, we will refund the full product price of the Sleepbuds® less the value of any discount and shipping charges. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days from the receipt of your returned item for a refund to process.
